MS HD Power C7 (fig8) to UK 13A plug mains cable.

MS HD Power, specialists in mains power products have designed and launched a new C7 (fig8) cable, designated the MS-933-9325N for the audio and audio/visual markets. Schuko and US plug versions are also available.

Many Audio and A/V products, particularly smaller ‘lifestyle’ and ‘computer audio’ electrical components are manufactured with C7 (Fig. 8) style mains sockets; this being a compact mains cable socket format also found on many TV’s, mini active speaker systems, smaller sub-base units, etc.

It is well known that the skinny PVC cables with poor quality moulded plugs normally supplied with these products will hold back the optimum equipment performance. A quality mains cable will improve both audio or audio/visual performance, sometimes dramatically.

There are very few C7 (fig8) mains cables available specially designed for optimum power delivery as required for Audio and A/V equipment. Audiophile C7 (fig8) plugs available are bulky, often too large to fit behind smaller size equipment and the back of TV screens - and can be expensive.

The MS-933-925N C7 UK mains cable is 1.5Mtrs. long - a high resolution, low loss shielded cable design, using 1.5mm sq. stranded high purity copper wire. The high quality moulded UK 13A plug and C7 plug have Silver plated contacts. The UK plug is fitted with a silver 13A fuse.
